Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India from Mumbai via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ekart — the carrier that best serves your PIN gets your parcel).
Coverage
- All serviceable PIN codes in India
- Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable — the checkout will let you know
- We do not currently ship internationally
Shipping fees
- Free on orders of ₹499 and above
- Flat ₹49 on orders below ₹499
- No hidden charges — the total at checkout is what you pay
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day. You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking link the moment the courier picks it up.
Delivery timelines
Delivery times are estimates after dispatch (add the 1–2 business day processing window):
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities and towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas(North East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, remote hill stations): 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines depend on courier availability, weather, festivals, and local disruptions. We do everything we can to hit the estimate; if something's taking noticeably longer, please email us.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track using your order number (like #CO-00042) on our Track Order page.
Failed deliveries
Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Common reasons for a failed attempt:
- Nobody available at the delivery address
- Incorrect or incomplete address (please double-check pincode and landmarks at checkout)
- Phone number not reachable
- Customer refused delivery
If all 3 attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin). We'll email you to arrange redelivery — an additional ₹49 shipping fee applies for redelivery, or you can request a full refund minus a ₹49 reverse-shipping charge.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged at delivery — dented, wet, torn, or opened — please refuse deliveryand let us know within 24 hours. If you accept it and find damage inside, take unboxing photos and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery
COD may be available for selected PIN codes and order values. Availability shows at checkout. If it's available:
- You pay the courier in cash on delivery
- The invoice inside your parcel confirms the amount
- Please keep exact change ready — couriers rarely carry change
Address changes
We can update your shipping address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within a few hours of placing the order with your order number and the new address. Once the parcel is with the courier, we can't redirect it.
